Lead carpentry scopes—framing, trim, doors, and built-ins—on Utah County remodels and additions.
- Build, set, and finish with clean lines; coordinate with PM on staging.
- Comfortable reading scopes and solving in-field fit/finish issues.
- Bonus: decks, pergolas, or custom built-ins experience.
General Manager
Lead day-to-day ops, keep schedules on track, and ensure crews and clients have what they need.
- Oversee project pipeline, staffing, and quality checks.
- Coordinate permits, materials, and subs; remove blockers fast.
- Bonus: experience with construction scheduling or small-business ops.
Painter
Interior/exterior painting with attention to prep, cut lines, and cleanup.
- Surface prep, masking, primer selection, and sheen matching.
- Comfortable with sprayers and HVLP, plus brush-and-roll.
- Bonus: staining, cabinet refinishing, drywall patch/texture.
Fence Specialist
Build and repair wood and vinyl fences with clean lines and solid posts.
- Set posts in concrete, align panels, and troubleshoot terrain changes.
- Understands local utility marking and property line etiquette.
- Bonus: gates, latches, and small retaining tie-ins.
Drywall
Handle installs, repairs, and finishes that disappear once painted.
- Hang, tape, and mud with clean corners and smooth sanding.
- Match textures and blend patches so repairs stay invisible.

Carpenter (Part Time)

- Confident with drywall patches, caulking, hardware swaps, and fixture installs.
- Friendly communicator who represents us well in quick visits.

Painter (Part Time)
Support interior or exterior projects in scheduled blocks that fit your week—mostly in central Utah County.
- Prep, cut lines, and cleanup on smaller scopes or punch work.
- Coordinate timing with lead painter to keep sites flowing.
- Bonus: flexible availability for touch-ups or weekend slots.
Fence Specialist (Part Time)
Join fence builds or repairs for planned shifts.
- Assist setting posts, aligning panels, and installing gates.
- Work scheduled days that fit classes or another job.
- Bonus: experience with terrain adjustments or gate hardware.
Handyman (Part Time)
Knock out punch lists and small repairs in predictable blocks.
- Drywall patches, caulking, fixture swaps, and quick fixes.

Drywall (Part Time)

- Daytime or evening blocks available; reliable start/finish windows.
- Blend patches and match textures so homeowners barely notice.

General Construction (Part Time)
Join crews for scheduled shifts on builds and remodel phases around Provo, Orem, and Springville.
- Help with demo, cleanup, staging, and light framing or siding.

Accounting Intern
